This position is primarily responsible for, review and management of database information supporting Early Childhood Intervention program outcomes. This position will be responsible for facilitating the data collection necessary to measure these outcomes each month. The position will ensure the accuracy of data and adherence to ECI & BHC policies related to data entry using QA efforts so that contractual outcomes are achieved. The position supports the efforts of the ECI program and staff. The position requires knowledge of BHC and ECI policies, procedures and processes as well as clerical support services; will provide direct clerical coverage, when necessary. The position operates within all applicable Center, Program, and funding source requirements, working under the supervision of the ECI Director with some latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment. Professionalism in the position is mandatory. Must meet all hiring requirements of the Betty Hardwick Center.
Qualifications:
-Requires a minimum of a two-year related (accounting, business, office management) degree; four-year degree is desired.
-Related years’ experience may be substituted for additional education beyond the minimum Associate’s degree.
-Experience in billing, data entry, and quality assurance desired.
-Must be computer competent in Windows, Excel, and able to learn/use other databases.
-Must possess positive interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written communication skills.
-This professional will have the ability to successfully function independently as well as within a team concept.
-Must be easily adaptable in a changing work environment, have solid organization skills, and be task-completion and detail oriented.
-An innovative thinker with a positive, professional outlook is paramount for this position.
Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, flexible.
This is a Full-Time position. Benefits are available.
Will be eligible for a one- and two-year increase, depending on satisfactory performance.
