Job Type: Full-Time
Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Fast-paced office environment
Pay: Discussed at time of interview
Responsibilities
• Greet clients and visitors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area
• Schedule consultations, receive and distribute mail, deliveries
• Prepare and maintain client intake forms and initial documentation
• Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked before and after use
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist role (Law firm experience a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Experience with phone systems and scheduling software a plus
