In the last decade, Wine, Women & Shoes has exploded across the US producing more than 400 fashion fundraising events. This two-part signature event series creates an enhanced atmosphere of giving where community-minded, philanthropic women (and a few good men) gather to sip, shop, savor, and support a worthy cause in an exciting, chic and innovative way. The Marketplace — Sip, Savor, Shop & Support The Marketplace ignites the senses with an energetic atmosphere from the moment guests step through the doors. From wine tasting and culinary delights, to shopping the designer pop-up boutiques, and mingling with charming Shoe Guys, this portion of the event is lively and engaging. With revenue generating activations sprinkled throughout, guests have fun while supporting a great cause. Seated Program — Let's Take to the Stage! From the welcome to mission message, and the live auction to the fashion show, guests are engaged with wow moments throughout the seated program. Striking stages with dramatic lighting and entertainment delight and command the attention of the entire audience. Most importantly, the program educates and engages the guests in the cause. This event raises money for scholarships and financial assistance for low-income families in and around Abilene, Texas. This assistance ensures that children in Pre-K through 5th grade on 16 elementary school campuses are able to attend Alliance After School Care from the time school is out until 6:00pm. Our mission is that no child goes home alone.
