In this webinar, our mergers and acquisitions team will provide insight on key considerations for navigating this transformation, including the current M&A environment and top strategies. He assists business owners, entrepreneurs and management teams throughout all stages of a business sale or other strategic transactions. He will listen to your goals and concerns to navigate critical issues and facilitate a transaction process that will best achieve your objectives. Jason also provides strategic advice to clients around sale preparation, valuation and other process planning elements to optimally position them in the marketplace. Carolyn Linkov, J.D., Principal-in-Charge of Mergers and Acquisitions | Eide Bailly Carolyn advises buyers and sellers on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She has more than 20 years of experience working with both public and private companies on federal income tax implications of various corporate reorganizational issues, including spin-offs, taxable asset sales and tax-free reorganizations. She has worked with clients in transaction structuring; evaluation of tax provisions in purchase & sale agreements; effects on owners; employee compensation issues; tax treatment of transaction costs; purchase price allocations; change in control matters; NOL limitation issues; and the adoption of or change to new accounting methods. Frank Donati, CPA, Partner | Eide Bailly Frank has over a decade of experience in public accounting. In 2015, Frank transitioned from the audit department to focus solely on transaction advisory services. He uses his experience in both transaction advisory and audit to tackle the challenges organizations face and he provides specialized knowledge in transaction advisory services.
