In this webinar, our mergers and acquisitions team will provide insight on key considerations for navigating this transformation, including the current M&A environment and top strategies. Presenters: Kyle Orwick, CPA, CMAA, Partner | Eide Bailly Kyle helps clients make sense of the numbers during a sales process or an acquisition. He helps them understand the risks and opportunities involved in the business being sold, and he provides insight into overcoming risks and taking advantage of the available opportunities. Kerry Gordon, CPA, Director | Eide Bailly Kerry works with a variety of teams to review and advise on acquisitions, divestiture and merger transactions of inbound, outbound and domestic transactions. He specializes in companies engaged in extracting natural resources (aggregates, coal, geothermal, oil and natural gas, and precious metals) and associated infrastructure assets throughout the U.S. and internationally. Included within this experience are many acquisitions and disposition transactions for companies with a specialty in energy production and credits. Matt Labernik, CPA, Partner | Eide Bailly Matt has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting, focusing on audit and transaction advisory services. He provides advice to clients throughout the transaction process, including consulting on due diligence efforts, purchase agreement review, and post-closing support. His Industry specializations include dealerships, construction services and manufacturing and distribution. Frank Donati, CPA, Partner | Eide Bailly Frank has over a decade of experience in public accounting. In 2015, Frank transitioned from the audit department to focus solely on transaction advisory services. He uses his experience in both transaction advisory and audit to tackle the challenges organizations face and he provides specialized knowledge in transaction advisory services.
