Description
This is an online course that introduces participants to basic leadership and business management principles particularly relevant to small business owners and entrepreneurs. Those just starting in business as well as experienced entrepreneurs will benefit from exploring the theoretical foundations for leadership, change management, and emotional intelligence, as well as practical tools for assessing the competitive landscape and developing continuous improvement plans to facilitate long-term business success.
