Description

The Abilene Chamber's Ag Legacy Luncheon brings agriculture and business together to honor the people and partnerships that power our economy and sustain our way of life. From producers and land stewards to the industries that support them, this luncheon celebrates those who help feed and clothe the world - and recognizes the lasting legacy of agriculture in the Big Country and beyond. We thank our presenting sponsor, Taylor Telecom, for their continued support of this program.

As our keynote speaker, we are thrilled to have nationally-recognized speaker, Michelle Miller, aka the Farm Babe. Michelle will bust common myths and misconceptions about food in our groceries. We are proud to have her speak to our big country community as she is an ardent advocate for the ag industry. To learn more about our speaker, Michelle, click here! Thank you to the Dian Graves Owen Foundation for sponsoring this year's keynote.

For this year's Agriculture Family of the Year Award, we will honor Gaylon and Donna Brnovak of Merkel. Thank you to Taylor Electric Cooperative Inc for their sponsorship of this award.

New this year, we will unveil a new exhibit that will grow each year as we shine a light on generational farmers, ranchers, and ag advocates. Thank you to our exhibit sponsor, First Bank Texas.

We hope you can join us for this program.
