Front Desk Receptionist

Blizzard and Zimmerman Attorneys is looking for a warm, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team! As the first face and voice of our firm, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every client who walks through our doors or calls our office.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately

• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming

• Schedule free case reviews

• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

• Prepare and maintain client intake forms and initial paperwork

• Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation

• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed

• Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of front desk or receptionist experience (law firm experience is a plus, but not required)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

• Experience with phone systems and scheduling software is a plus

Compensation:
