Description
Understanding FMLA is essential for employers to maintain compliance and avoid lawsuits regarding extensive time off requests. Students will learn about the primary purpose of FMLA, who is eligible for FMLA, how to recognize the need for FMLA, and implementation of strategy for compliance. This class will emphasize the need for compliance and give you knowledge of your obligation under the FMLA guidelines.
